We are a small breeding kennel of French Bulldogs. We breed under the protected name of FCI, registering breeding of dogs- LA MAISON DE CHERIES.
We follow the breeding rules of the FCI and its member entity KFB.
Before acquiring our dream breed in the previous period-we spent a long time studying pedigrees, observing the results of health tests and exteriors of various foreign breeders.
After this inquiry we made a picture on which lines we want to base our breeding on.
These include the elite lines DE LA PARULE, KINGFREND and ROBOBULL.
There is in these lines combined excellent health of individuals with an exclusive exterior and character.
Our decision was made, „No matter what it takes“ we will build our breeding on these lines.
These are exactly the lines we wanted to have.
Currently, 2 female and 2 male dogs live with us in the same household. They are all an integral part of our lives, couches and beds.
In our breeding we place great emphasis on maintaining the health of the breed and therefore all of our dogs are health tested above standard.
It is also important not to neglect trait of character in breeding.
The trait of character of the breeding individuals should be balanced.
And female dogs that are breeding should have a maternal instinct and desire to be mated.
We are aware that there is no ideal breeding and sometimes it is necessary to make compromises in breeding.
Each planned litter requires an individual approach with different criteria in selecting the two partners.
We choose the future owners of our breeding properly.
We try to prevent future disappointments and misunderstandings between owner and dog.
We try to make sure that every puppy has the right family and vice versa.
Each puppy has its own temperament, its own unique trait of character and personality.
And that is why at the age of 7 weeks they undergo the Vochard personality test.
After this test it is clear what the puppy's personality is.
Of course, no test is 100% reliable, but we can draw a kind of standard for assessing the puppy's character.
Every future master has a certain idea of what temperament and personality he prefers.
